Ingredients
Potato, 3 medium units
Broccoli, 400 g
Red lentil flour, 2 flat tablespoons
Vegetable soup powder, 1 flat tablespoon
Dried parsley, 1 flat teaspoon
Dried dill, 1 flat teaspoon
Celery, 1 teaspoon
Dried coriander, 1 teaspoon
Sea salt, 1/2 flat tablespoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Turmeric, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
2. Boil water in a pot and cook the potatoes in it for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the potatoes to cool, place the frozen broccoli in the same pot, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
4. Remove the broccoli to cool and grate the potatoes in a bowl.
5. Chop the broccoli into small pieces with a knife, add to the bowl, mix with the rest of the ingredients and form round flat latkes.
6. Arrange the latkes on greased baking paper, brush each latke with a little olive oil using a silicone brush, and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes until golden.
7. Turn the latkes over, bake for another 10 minutes and wait to cool.

Tip
You can add onion, garlic and other spices.
