Pickled Small Peppers

Small and colorful peppers marinated in vinegar and salt that are easily made at home

Water, 2 cups
5% vinegar, 2 cups
Sugar, 2 flat tablespoons
Salt, 1 flat tablespoon
Whole allspice, 1 tablespoon
Bay leaves, 10 leaves
Small colorful peppers, 400 g


1. Boil the water and vinegar, add all the spices and season more to taste.
2. When the water boils, add the small peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Cover the pot, turn off the heat and allow everything to cool.
4. Gently transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
