Preparation
1. Soak the wild rice for about an hour in warm water and strain.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the rice in it for 5 minutes.
3. Add the boiling water and salt, and bring to a boil.
4. Lower the heat and cook for about 40 minutes. Add the green peas and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
5. Check if the rice is already soft. If so - turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes with the lid closed. If it is still a little hard - cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Ventilate the rice with a fork and serve hot.
