Penne pasta, 500 g
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Sea salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Parsley, 1 tablespoon
Dill, 1 tablespoon
Coriander, 1 tablespoon
Celery, 1 tablespoon
Basil, 1 tablespoon
1. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain.
2. Return the pasta to the pot and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper and herbs.
3. Fry on low heat all together for about 5 minutes while mixing.
4. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
