Ingredients
Salt, 2 flat tablespoons
Paprika, 1 flat tablespoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Lemon with peel, 5 medium units
Canola oil, 1/2 cup
Lemon juice, 1/2 cup
Preparation
1. In a bowl mix the salt, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Cut the two ends of the lemons and slice them.
3. Dip each slice in the salt mixture, place in a suitable jar with a lid and close the jar tightly.
4. Wait at least 24 hours and occasionally turn the jar over, after 24 hours add the oil and lemon juice, and wait a week until it is ready to eat.
