Ingredients
Half whole-sesame tahini, 1 cup
Lemon juice, 1/2-1 unit
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Curry powder, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Dried parsley, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Water, as needed
Preparation
1. In a large bowl make tahini: Mix the raw tahini with the water, lemon juice and salt.
2. Put 5 tablespoons of the tahini in 3 bowls (in each bowl).
3. In one bowl - add the curry powder and mix well.
4. In a second bowl - add the parsley and mix well.
5. Taste and fix seasoning.
