Ingredients
Cucumber with peel, 5 medium units
Onion, 2 medium units
Dill, 1/2 bunch
Water, 3 cups
5% vinegar, 1¼ cups
Sugar, 2 flat tablespoons
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Slice the cucumbers and onions into circles and place in a bowl.
2. Chop the dill and add to the bowl as well.
3. Boil the water with the vinegar, add the sugar and salt, and continue to boil while mixing until the sugar melts.
4. Pour the liquid over the cucumbers, onions and dill in the bowl, and mix well.
5. Keep in the refrigerator. The salad should be prepared two to three days before serving.
