Baked Butternut Squash Slices

Butternut Squash slices in the oven seasoned with olive oil, salt and dried thyme

Butternut squash, 1 unit
Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Dried thyme, 1 flat tablespoon


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) on “Turbo Plan” and line a baking pan with baking paper.
2. Slice the butternut squash and arrange on the lined baking pan.
3. Grease the slices with olive oil and sprinkle over the salt and dried thyme.
4. Bake in the oven for about an hour until browned, stab the butternut squash with a fork to make sure it is soft. If it is still a little hard - you should bake for a few more minutes.
