Lettuce Salad with Carrots and Pecans

Easy lettuce salad with grated carrots and broken pecans seasoned with olive oil and lemon

Carrot, 1 unit
with the peel
Natural pecans, 10 units
without peel
Lemon, 1/2 unit
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons


1. Finely chop the lettuce and grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and place in a bowl.
2. Break the pecans into coarse pieces and squeeze the lemon into the bowl.
3. Pour in the olive oil, mix everything together and serve.
