Ingredients

Indian basmati rice, 2 cups
any type of rice you like
Canola oil, 4-5 tablespoons
Boling water, 4 cups
Green broad bean, 1 cup
frozen
Pea, 1 cup
green, small and frozen
Spinach, 250 g
washed and cut
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
coarsely ground
Chicken flavored soup powder, 1 flat teaspoon

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the rice slightly (about 2 minutes until the oil is absorbed into the rice and thus comes out one by one - stirring constantly).
2. Add the boiling water to the pot (for each cup of rice add 2 cups of boiling water).
Add the frozen broad bean, frozen pea and spinach, and season with salt, black pepper and soup powder to taste.
4. When the water is bubbling cover the pot with the lid, lower to a low heat and cook for about 30-35 minutes. Turn off the heat, open the lid, cover with a towel and over again cover with the lid for another 15 minutes.
5. A wonderful and delicious addition of rice is obtained.
6. Bon appetite (:

Total time: 30-60 min

The preparation method also includes frying. Keep in mind that non-frozen broad bean (if you want to use) require separate cooking and take more than an hour to soften. The spices in the recipe are according to personal taste.
