Ingredients
White bean, 200 g
Onion, 1 large unit
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Garlic, 4 cloves
Coriander, 1/2 cup
Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Soak the white bean in water overnight.
2. Cook the white bean until soft (it is best not to soften too much). Strain and cool.
3. Fry the onion and garlic with the oil for 5 minutes or until it has browned.
4. Add the fried onion, coriander, lemon juice and spices to the cooked bean, mix and add more spices to taste.
