Ingredients
Sweet potato, 3 medium units
Onion, 1 large unit
Green lentil, 2 cups
Oat, 2 tablespoons
Raw tahini, 3 tablespoons
Thin pink salt from the Himalayas, 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin, 1 flat teaspoon
Paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation
1. Wash the sweet potatoes well, cut lengthwise and bake (with the internal part on the pan) for about 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Cool and peel.
2. In a food processor, grind the sweet potatoes with the rest of the ingredients (note that the lentils need to be sprouted), taste and adjust seasoning.
3. With wet hands, form patties and bake for about 30 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
4. Serve with spicy tahini.
