Ingredients
Tofu, 300 g
Turmeric, 1 flat teaspoon
Sweet paprika, 1 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1 flat teaspoon
Spicy paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Garlic powder, 1 flat teaspoon
Sea salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 4 tablespoons
Canola oil spray, 4 servings
Onion, 1 medium unit
Tomato, 3 medium units
Preparation
1. Cut the tofu into cubes, transfer to a bowl and add all the spices and olive oil. Mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Spray a non-stick pan with oil, heat and add the onion. Stir-fry 5 minutes until translucent and add the seasoned tofu cubes.
3. Fry and stir for 3 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes.
4. Continue to fry and mix for another 6 minutes, until the tofu is browned and crispy.
