Vegan Puffed Rice Balls

Rice crispy balls with almond butter, maple syrup and pecans

Coconut oil, 1 tablespoon
Almond butter, 2/3 cup
Maple syrup, 1/2 cup
Pecan, 1/2 cup
natural and chopped
Brown rice puffs, 4 cups


1. Mix together the coconut oil, almond butter and maple syrup, and heat in the microwave until melted. Then add the pecans and mix.
2. Add the rice puffs to a bowl, add the mixture we prepared and mix.
3. Using a spoon, place the mixture in small paper cupcake liners.
4. Put in the freezer for about 3 hours.
5. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.

Total time: 3-4 hours

The preparation method also includes heating in the microwave.
