Ingredients
The vegetables
Arabian lettuce, 1 medium root
Roasted chickpeas, 100 g
Onion, 1 medium unit
Parsley, 1/2 cup
The sauce
Lemon juice, 1 unit
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
Garlic, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients well, transfer to a jar with a lid and keep in the refrigerator until serving.
2. Mix all the vegetables and transfer to a serving dish.
3. Before the meal pour over the sauce, mix well and serve.
