Ingredients
Cucumber with peel, 1½ kg
Salt, 2 heaping tablespoons
Dill, 1 bundle
Hot water, 1¼ cups
Preparation
1. Wash the cucumbers and dill.
2. Place in a jar dill and cucumber alternately.
3. Mix the salt in water and pour into a jar.
4. Seal and wait (at least for a week).
5. Do not open the jar during the week (shake occasionally). Great pickles are obtained.
