Ingredients
Tofu, vacuum package (300 g)
Spinach, 250 g
Tomato, 4 medium units
Garlic, 3 cloves
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Sea salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Smoked sweet paprika, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan, chop the garlic cloves and add to the oil. Cut the tofu into small cubes and chop the tomatoes into cubes as well.
2. Add the tofu to the pan, fry and mix for about 7 minutes.
3. Add the spinach leaves and steam without stirring for a few minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes and spices.
4. Mix and cook for about 10 minutes until the tomatoes soften and thicken slightly.

Excellent with added rice or bulgur.
The preparation method also includes frying.
