Ingredients
Penne pasta, 250 g
Onion, 1 large unit
Garlic, 4 cloves
Peeled pine nuts, 4-5 tablespoons
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Zucchini, 4 medium units
Raw tahini, 3 tablespoons
Bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons
Salt, a pinch
Black pepper, a pinch
Soy cream, 250 g
Tofu, 200 g
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta with a little salt until the pasta is soft.
2. Fry the chopped onion until golden, add the pine nuts and the garlic for another 2 minutes, fry until they also lightly brown.
3. Mix together with all the ingredients, crumble the tofu with your hands and mix together.
4. Place in a 26 cm cake pan or Pyrex pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
