Ingredients
Cauliflower, 1 medium unit
Water, as needed
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Olive oil, 6 tablespoons
Onion soup powder, 1 flat tablespoon
Preparation
1. Wash the cauliflower well and soak in salted water for about half an hour.
2. Wash again the cauliflower with water.
3. Cut the cauliflower into small flowers and place in a bowl.
4. Add the olive oil and onion soup powder to the bowl and mix well.
5. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking pan and cover with aluminium foil.
6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about half an hour covered and more 10 minutes without the cover.
