I did not learn to cook, it all came from a love of the kitchen. Everything from trial and error of inventions and experimentation with new recipes.
My name is Etty, a kitchen addict from a young age, but I have started to develop this talent in the last two years more in depth by inventing my own recipes, experience in new recipes and more. I am married and mother of two perfect daughters. I'm neither a chef nor a pastry chef. I am a full time mom who loves the kitchen, loves to feed as only mom knows and enjoys and loves to prepare food for the experience. I love to challenge myself over and over again with new recipes and to experiment with inventing my own recipes from improvisation and things that are at home, not afraid to try and dare. I most enjoy seeing people eating and enjoying my food. The kitchen is the holiest place in my house and no one is allowed to touch my "toys" without permission (unless it is for the purpose of washing dishes - then it is not only allowed but desirable to grab my place).
Every kitchen has things I love. I love the Moroccan cuisine mostly.
Almost everything that has dough, like breads of all kinds.
From the confectionery field: Karin Goren and Mickey Shemo. From the field of cooking: Chef Israel Aharoni, Chef Aviv Moshe and Chef Gordon Ramzi.
My chef's knives and special pots.
Cook mostly things I haven’t tried before, try new recipes.
There is a lot but I will tell that with us everything revolves around food. Every event and every meeting revolves around food and as much as possible. Every Friday, every Saturday, every holiday, every event - the table is full of food of all kinds and types.
I believe that "anyone can cook" (from the movie "Ratatouille").
