The need to cook and bake stemmed mainly from my need to photograph beautiful dishes and share them online. So I started with dishes I ate at restaurants. When I discovered veganism and the variety it entails - I found that there is no greater pleasure than publishing a new recipe, which has never been tried, especially one I made myself. From here everything rolled pretty easily and a friend recommended I focus my blog on food.
