My connection to the kitchen has been going on since I remember myself at about age 5, mixing, helping and taking an interest in everything relates to cooking and baking. Over the years I gained experience, collected recipes and mostly cooked and baked for my immediate and extended family. I try to cook healthier and more nutritious cooking - but let it be delicious. It is quite possible, even in cakes it is possible and desirable to lower the amounts of sugar and fat and still enjoy, because in my eyes food is one of the great pleasures in life!
