Ingredients
Sweet potato, 2 medium units
Red lentil flour, 3 flat tablespoons
Sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Cook the sweet potatoes in a pot with plenty of water.
2. Strain, transfer to a bowl and mash.
3. Add the red lentil flour and sweet chili sauce to the bowl.
4. Mix, form into patties and place on greased baking paper in the oven tray.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes until the patties are slightly brown.
6. Turn them over to the other side and leave for another 5 minutes of baking.
7. Turn off the oven, leave to cool slightly and transfer to a serving dish.
