The Dry Ingredients
White flour, 1 cup
Whole wheat flour, 1 cup
Baking powder, 10 g
Baking soda, 1 flat teaspoon
The Wet Ingredients
Coconut oil, 1/4 cup
Soy milk, 1/4 cup
Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
Banana, 4 medium units
Frozen berry mixture, 1 cup
Preparation
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ones in a separate bowl.
2. Combine the two bowls and pour into two greased English cake pans.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) turbo for about 35 minutes (or when a toothpick comes out dry from the center of the cake).
4. Wait to cool and slice.

The brown sugar is added with the wet ingredients because it melts and dissolves before pouring into the cake pans.
