Easy Vegan Orange Cake

Easy and delicious vegan orange juice cake without any special effort - just mix the ingredients and bake!

White flour, 3 cups
Sugar, 1½ cups
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Baking soda, 2 flat teaspoons
Orange juice, 2 cups
freshly squeezed
Canola oil, 10 tablespoons
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
5% vinegar, 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon
to sprinkle on top of the cake


1. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
2. Add the orange juice, oil and vanilla extract, and mix well (recommended with a whisk). Add the vinegar and continue to mix.
3. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan, place in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) and bake for about 40 minutes.
5. After cooling, it is recommended to sprinkle powdered sugar for decoration.
