Tasty Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Vegan chocolate chip cookies combined with spelt flour, whole wheat flour and vanilla aroma - healthier and tastier than regular vegan chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

The Dry Ingredients
Spelt flour, 1 cup
whole or white
Whole wheat flour, 1 cup
Baking powder, 10 g
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
The Wet Ingredients
Vegetable milk, 1/4 cup
Demerara sugar (brown sugar), 1/2 cup
Vanilla sugar, 20 g
Canola oil, 1/2 cup
or any cold pressed vegetable oil
The Chocolate
Dark chocolate 70%, 50 g
chopped with a knife

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl until the sugar has melted.
4. Combine the bowls and add the chopped chocolate.
5. Form flattened cookies and place at intervals on baking paper in the tray.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes, turn off the oven and leave inside for another 5 minutes.
7. Remove the tray from the oven and wait for it to cool completely.
