Ingredients

Seitan with chicken flavor, 1 kg
Onion, 2 large units
sliced into rings
Garlic, 2 cloves
large and chopped
Shawarma seasoning mixture, 4 flat teaspoons
Black pepper, 1/3 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1/3 flat teaspoon
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Chicken flavored vegan soup powder, 1 flat teaspoon
Garlic powder, 1/2 flat teaspoon
to taste
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
for frying

Preparation

1. In a non-stick pan heat a little oil, add the onions and fry until golden. Towards the end of the frying, add the chopped garlic, mix well, fry for another 1-2 minutes and transfer to a bowl.
2. Add more oil as needed. The seitan should be sliced into small and thin chunks. Add the seitan chunks (chances you will have to do in two rounds because the pan will not suffice, then put half of the seasoning and then the other half) and season. Stir until all the pieces catch the seasoning and fry for a few minutes.
3. Transfer the vegan shawarma to a bowl, mix with the fried onion and garlic and serve hot.
4. Bon appetite (:
