Ingredients
Strawberry, 10 medium units (1 cup)
Kiwi, 4 medium units
Apricot, 5 units
Vegetable whipped cream, 250 ml
Vanilla sugar, 20 g
Powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice, 1 unit
Preparation
1. In a blender mash each fruit separately (you can use any other fruit of the season - peach (2 units), plum (4 units), grapes (1 cup) - the amount depends on the size of the fruit).
2. Whip the vegetable whipped cream with vanilla sugar.
3. Add to each crushed fruit 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream, mix gently and add more powdered sugar and lemon juice to taste.
4. Pour into serving cups, layer by layer, and garnish with fruit slices.
