Ingredients
Red pepper, 4 medium units
Yellow pepper, 1 medium unit
Water, 1 cup
5% vinegar, 4 tablespoons
Canola oil, 4 tablespoons
Bay leaves, 6 leaves
Sugar, 1 flat tablespoon
Salt, 2 flat teaspoons
Black peppercorns, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Preparation
1. Cut the peppers into large strips, add all the ingredients in a pot and boil for 20 minutes.
2. Gently stir occasionally.
3. Cool and store in a sealed container.
