Vegan Banana and Oatmeal Cookies

Delicious and vegan banana cookies combined with healthy oatmeal and seeds

Ingredients

Banana, 6 medium units
ripe and mashed
Oats, 2½ cups
Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
natural - for a little sweetness
Cocoa powder, 1 flat teaspoon
Coconut flakes, 1 flat tablespoon
Oat bran, 1 tablespoon
Peeled sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon
natural
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon
natural
Chocolate chip, 1 tablespoon
or cocoa nibs/raisins/cranberries

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix with a spoon and use it to place piles in the shape of plump cookies on slightly oiled baking paper.
3. Bake in the oven at 356°F (180°C) turbo for about 30 minutes, turn off and wait for cool completely (it’s important to be patient and wait!).
4. Try not to finish them all at once and store in an airtight container for tomorrow.
