Vegan Puff Pastry Filled with Peach

Sweet and delicious puff pastry with peaches and touches of powdered sugar on top - a real delicacy with minimum preparation

Puff pastry squares, 9 units (40 g each, 360 g total)
Sugar crystals, 1 tablespoon
peach halves in syrup, tin can (500 g)
Powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon


1. Thaw the dough slightly and arrange on baking paper in a large baking tray.
2. Sprinkle the sugar crystals over the squares.
3. Cut the peaches into thin slices and place on the puff pastry squares.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the powdered sugar over the squares.
