Preparation
1. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar, add the oil and salt while stirring, add the water gradually (if necessary add more water/flour) and knead for about 5 minutes.
2. Let rise in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for about half an hour or until doubled in volume.
3. Knead gently, divide the dough into 10 balls, form long rolls (possibly also round) and let rise again for about 15 minutes.
4. Spray oil on the rolls and bake at 365°F (185°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden.
