Water, 1/4 cup

Lemon juice, 1 unit

Preparation
1. When the date is ripe and soft and its peel peels easily - remove the pits and peel as much as possible.2. Transfer to a food processor and grind to a puree. If the puree is very thick, you can add the water (optional).3. Add the lemon juice and stir.4. Can be kept in the freezer. The puree can be used for sorbet, ice cream and anything you want.5.
