Ingredients
The tofu and mushrooms
Tofu, 300 g
Champignon mushrooms, 16 small units
The marinade
Olive oil, 1 cup
BBQ seasoning mixture, 12 flat teaspoons
Cardamom, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Water, 3/4 cup
Garlic, 4 cloves
Preparation
1. Cut the tofu into cubes of the desired size (I got 24 fairly large cubes).
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and put the tofu cubes and mushrooms in it for soaking for at least 10 hours.
3. Stick 3 cubes of tofu and 2 mushrooms in each skewer after soaking.
4. Roast on the grill.

Tip
You can also make tofu skewers with cherry tomatoes as in the picture in front of you.
Total time: 1-2 days
The preparation method also includes soaking.
