Tofu, 150 g
Red onion, 1 medium unit
Delicate frozen green bean, 200 g
Broccoli flowers, 200 g
Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons
Low sodium soy sauce, 6 tablespoons
Ginger root, 1 teaspoon
Garlic, 3-4 cloves
Black pepper, a pinch
Natural dates honey, 3 tablespoons
1. In a dry pan, stir-fry the tofu with the red onion, green bean and broccoli.
2. Add the sesame oil, and stir-fry for a few more minutes until browned.
3. Season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper and dates honey.
4. Taste and fix seasoning.
5. You have a winning vegan dish!
