Ingredients
Seitan with barbecue flavor, 300 g
Onion, 1 medium unit
Parsley, 1 handful
Salt, 1 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Cumin, 1 flat tablespoon
Bread crumbs, 1/2 cup
Canola oil, 4 tablespoons
Preparation
1. Prepare the kebab the day before and refrigerate at least overnight in a refrigerator that will absorb well all the flavors.
2. Grind the chopped seitan in a food processor or meat grinder and mix with the onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, cumin and bread crumbs that will stick everything together.
3. Soak overnight and prepare the next day - oil a little the kebabs before grilling.
