Ingredients
Basil, 2 bunches
Spinach, 1 dense and full cup
Young mallow leaves, 1 handful
Garlic, 3-4 cloves
Thin pink salt from the Himalayas, 1 teaspoon
Avocado, 1/2 medium unit (2 full tablespoons)
Lemon juice, 1 unit
Olive oil, 1/3 cup
Preparation
1. Wash and soak all the leaves for a few minutes for complete cleaning.
2. Strain the water and transfer to a food processor. Add all the other ingredients and turn on until the desired texture is obtained (as in the picture).
3. Transfer to a clean and dry jar, cover and store in the refrigerator.
