Raw tahini, 1 cup
Water, 3/4 cup
Lemon juice, 1/2 unit
freshly squeezed
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Black pepper, a pinch
Parsley, 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic, 2 cloves

1. In a bowl pour the raw tahini, add the water as needed and mix.
2. Add all the additional ingredients to the tahini mixture, and continue to mix (it is recommended to implement the "tips" at this part). If the mixture is too hard so add more water to the desired thickness level.
3. Bon appetite (:
After squeezing the lemon, it is recommended to remove the seeds and add the "lemon flesh" to the tahini with a spoon.

Ingredients in the recipe are according to personal taste (garlic, parsley, lemon juice and spices). It is best to use fresh parsley rather than dried.
