Cabbage salad with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds - a fun salad to serve and very easy to prepare

Ingredients

Cabbage, a quarter of 1 large unit
5% vinegar, 6 tablespoons
Sugar, 3 flat tablespoons
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
Canola oil, 4 tablespoons
Peeled sunflower seeds, 2 handfuls
Sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons

Preparation

1. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
2. Roast the sunflower and sesame seeds (separately each).
3. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and oil in a bowl until the sugar has melted slightly.
4. Put the chopped cabbage in a bowl, add the sauce and mix well.
5. Before serving sprinkle over the sunflower and sesame seeds.

Tip
You can make this salad with pumpkin seeds, walnuts or any other topping you want.
