Vegan Oats Granola with Date Honey and a Selection of Toppings

Delicious and easy vegan granola that is always fun and delicious to have at home with oats, date honey and toppings like walnuts, seeds and almonds

Ingredients

Oats, 1 cup
Walnut, 1/4 cup
chopped
Peeled sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup
chopped
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup
chopped
Almond, 1/4 cup
chopped
Date honey, 1/4 cup

Preparation

1. Line a medium baking tray with baking paper.
2. Flatten the oats over the entire surface of the tray, add all the toppings (total cup), pour over the date honey and mix well.
3. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C), bake until the oats and nuts are browned (about 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven) and mix every 5-7 minutes.
4. It is important not to give up the mixing step otherwise a uniform vegan granola will not come out!
