Ingredients
Oats, 1 cup
Walnut, 1/4 cup
Peeled sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup
Almond, 1/4 cup
Date honey, 1/4 cup
Preparation
1. Line a medium baking tray with baking paper.
2. Flatten the oats over the entire surface of the tray, add all the toppings (total cup), pour over the date honey and mix well.
3. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C), bake until the oats and nuts are browned (about 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven) and mix every 5-7 minutes.
4. It is important not to give up the mixing step otherwise a uniform vegan granola will not come out!
