Ingredients
					Whole spelt flour, 1½ cups
Baking powder, 2 teaspoons
Baking soda, 1 flat teaspoon
Flaxseeds, 6 teaspoons
Salt, 1/4 flat teaspoon
Almond milk, 2 cups
Coconut oil, 8 tablespoons
Maple syrup, 3 tablespoons
Water, 1/4 cup
				 
				
					Preparation
					1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Make a hole and add the wet ingredients.
3. Mix well with a spoon or whisk until there are no lumps.
4. Pour into a pan or a pancake maker, and when you see bubbles wait just a little longer until it looks firm and then turn.
5. Vegan pancakes are best served with pure maple syrup on top.
