The Quinoa
Quinoa, 1 cup
Canola oil, 2 tablespoons
Water, 2 cups
Salt, 1/2 flat teaspoon
The Rest of The Ingredients
Canola oil, 3 tablespoons
Green onion, 3 tablespoons
Garlic, 3 cloves
Parsley, 3 tablespoons
Walnuts, 1/2 cup
Cranberries, 1/2 cup
Preparation
1. Rinse the quinoa and strain.
2. Heat the oil in a pan (2 tablespoons), add the quinoa, fry for 1-2 minutes, add the water and salt, cook on a low heat like rice and cool.
3. Heat the oil (3 tablespoons), add all the other ingredients and fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Add to the quinoa, mix well, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
