Ingredients
Oreo Chocolate, 1 package (16 cookies)
Sugar, 1 flat tablespoon
Cocoa powder, 1 flat tablespoon
Vanilla flavored soy drink, 1/4 cup
Chocolate flavored spread, 3 tablespoons
Compound chocolate, 150 g
Preparation
1. Grind the Oreo cookies in the food processor.
2. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, soy milk and chocolate spread, and mix.
3. Make balls of the desired size (truffles) from the mixture.
4. Melt the compound chocolate in the microwave in pulses.
5. Coat the balls in the melted chocolate.
6. Leave at room temperature or refrigerate until solidified.
