Mashed Berries and Banana

Mashed cherry, blueberry, banana and real maple syrup - a refreshing and delicious vegan breakfast bowl

Sweet frozen cherry, 1 cup
Frozen blueberry, 1/2 cup
Frozen Banana, 1 medium unit
Water, 1/2 cup
Maple syrup, 2-3 tablespoons
Green or red grapes, 1 handful
or any fruit you like


1. Transfer all the ingredients (except the grapes) to a food processor and run on high speed until a smooth texture is obtained (you can add a little more water if it is too thick).
2. Pour into a bowl, garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
