Ingredients

Peach, 1 medium unit
cut into cubes
Spinach, 1 handful
washed leaves
Arabian Lettuce, 2 medium leaves
Mint, 7 stems
only leaves - no stems
Whole sesame tahini, 1 teaspoon
Organic rice drink, 1½ cups
or water
Agave syrup, 1 teaspoon
or organic natural maple syrup, optional
Ice cubes, 1½ cups

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute.

Recipe by Inbal Stark. What's good about this smoothie is that spinach and lettuce have completely neutral taste and they are very healthy. You end up feeling only the peach and mint and therefore the smoothie is so delicious! The nutritional value does not include the agave or maple syrup.
