Ingredients
Potato, 3 small units + 3 large units
Potato flour, 2 flat teaspoons
Salt, 1½ flat teaspoons
Grape seed oil, 1/3 cup
Preparation
1. Peel the small potatoes, cook in water, strain and mash into puree.
2. Peel the large potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.
3. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl (except the oil for frying) until combined.
4. Create latkes in the desired size and fry in a pan with the hot oil on both sides.
5. Place the fried latkes on paper towel and after slight cooling transfer to a serving dish.
