Ingredients
Strawberry, 500 g
Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup, 3.5 tablespoons
Thyme, 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon zest, 1/8 teaspoon
Chia seeds, 1¼ tablespoons
Preparation
1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into cubes.
2. Transfer the strawberries to a small pot, and cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, add all the other ingredients, mix well and leave to cool. Transfer the jam to a sterilized jar, close tightly and store in the refrigerator. You get 2 tiny jars of delicious strawberry jam, and if you make it, I'd love to hear if you like it.
