Vegan Chocolate Fudge with Touches of Orange

Vegan chocolate fudge from pitted dates and coconut oil with touches of orange zest

Ingredients

Pitted medjool dates, 1 measuring cup
Coconut oil, 50 g (1/3 measuring cup)
Cocoa powder, 25 g (1/8 measuring cup)
Orange zest, zest from 1 orange
Salt, a pinch
Almonds, 10 units
for decoration

Preparation

1. In a food processor mix all the ingredients (except the almonds) until everything becomes a ceramic texture.
2. Transfer to baking paper and spread as needed.
3. Place almonds on top and you can sprinkle some cocoa at this point. Can also be decorated with orange peel.
4. Put in the freezer for half an hour, then transfer to the refrigerator and then cut into squares.
