Ingredients

Peeled sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup
unroasted
Peeled pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup
unroasted
Chia seeds, 1/4 cup
Nigella, 1 tablespoon
Garlic, 4 cloves
Coriander, 1 bunch
without the stems
Green olive tapenade, 2 tablespoons
Salt, 1/8 flat teaspoon
White pepper, 1/8 flat teaspoon
Walnut oil, 5 tablespoons

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients (except the walnut oil) in a food processor and grind well.
2. At the end add the walnut oil and mix.
