Delicious, easy and quick smoothie with pomegranate juice, apples, bananas and juicy dates - you will not be able to stop consuming it in the summer because it is delicious, healthy and refreshing!

Ingredients

Pomegranate juice, 1 cup
natural and freshly squeezed
Banana, 2-3 medium units
Apple, 2 medium units
peeled, red and green
Medjool date, 5 units
pitted
Ice cubes, 1 cup

Preparation

1. Squeeze the pomegranate seeds to a natural juice.
2. Add the pomegranate juice to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Grind all the ingredients until a smoothie with the desired texture is obtained.
4. Decorate with pecans, frozen blackberries and goji berries to taste.
